High School Musical is the most famous youth musical production in the world, combining theater, dance, and singing.

This musical was first presented in 2006 as a film production by The Walt Disney Company, with music by David Lawrence and screenplay by Peter Barsocchini.

The show tells the story of several highly talented young musicians, much like the protagonists in our own production.

The two main characters, Gabriella and Troy, fall in love during rehearsals for a school performance. Alongside this storyline, other intriguing events unfold, driven by competition and jealousy — emotions that negatively affect friendships and relationships during the rehearsals. Fortunately, the musical ends with a happy ending, where everyone realizes that success is only possible through teamwork.

The theatrical script was translated and adapted into Albanian by Linda Kazani, making musical theater more accessible and understandable for the audience.

The protagonists of this production are the students and teachers of the artistic high school Jordan Misja Artistic High School.

After six weeks of intensive rehearsals under the guidance of stage director Klaudia Hila, vocal coach Linda Kazani, choreographer Luisa Dinellari, orchestrator Jusiald Xhani, and the teachers’ band of the artistic highschool „Jordan Misja“ Tirana: Andi Kongo, Emiljano Dhima, Erjon Mëdha, Julian Koçaj, and Angjelin Toma, 30 talented students were given the opportunity to perform live in an artistic discipline that was presented for the first time on the stage of „Tonin Harapi“ Concert Hall.
